Order

After creating a unique label or adding a Cuvée Tonchamp to your shopping cart, you can check-out and pay for the bottles.

To settle

The payment methods used by Tonchamp are: Amex, Apple Pay, G-Pay, iDeal, Maestro, Master Card, Pay-Pal, Shop Pay & Visa.

To deliver

All Tonchamp shipments are carried out by PostNL. For international orders, carrier depends opn country of destination. The bottles are sent in packaging specially designed for bottles. As soon as your order has been processed by Tonchamp, it will be transferred to PostNL. PostNL has the option of tracing the package by means of a Track & Trace code. This Track & Trace code will be automatically sent by email to the specified email address as soon as the package has been received by PostNL. If this is not the case, you can email to inquiries@tonchamp.com. 

To take off

It is also possible to collect your champagne on appointment. Address: Nieuwe Herengracht 3H, 1011RJ Amsterdam. Naturally, no delivery costs will be charged.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the services provided by PostNL or the international carrier. Please note, PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. We aim to deliver your custom champagne within 3 working days. The shipping date may differ on public holidays.

Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our product, it is unfortunately not possible to return custom champagne. Cuvée Tonchamp can be returned within 14 days.
